At the conclusion of the course, you will:

• Have clearly defined Vision and Mission statements that guide and direct all activities in your organization
• Have specific Goals and Objectives defined for every department of your organization
• Have a Financial Plan that empowers you to accomplish all of your dreams, goals, and objectives
• Have all of your operations documented so that they can be reproduced and grow with the organization to any size
• Have an Organization Chart which represents all of your team members
• Have clear job descriptions and documented staffing policies
• Know how to manage projects, their associated timelines, and budgets
• Have a plan for developing new products and services
• Understand who your target market is and how to reach them
• Have a well defined Sales Cycle for selling products, increasing your client base, and increasing your income
